My Story  

                                                                 I began my love for the Biewer Terrier breed back in                                                                        2007. At that time I had a two Yorkshire terriers, my first toy breed, named Harley and Halo. I am a dog groomer by trade, and one of my clients showed me a photo of a Biewer and I fell madly in love. I then did my research, and found a wonderful breeder. It took me a few years to find my perfect match, my boy Hoku, my first Biewer. He was the fur love of my life from the moment we met in 2012. He taught me, showmanship, unconditional love and loyalty. It was the first time I ever stepped into a dog show ring with him that I caught that "show fever" and never looked back. Hoku and I came home that show weekend with his and my very first Best In Show win. He was my inspiration the following year to start painting again. I painted his portrait, showed my fellow Biewer friends, and Bellissima Pet Portraits  was started. 
 

That same year we introduced him to his new girlfriends Autumn and Summer, and for the next year and a half we were all busy in the show ring, and I decided i was going to start my breed program and Bellissima Biewers & Yorkies was born. However, it was Hoku's unexpected passing over the rainbow bridge on April 14, 2015 that I almost gave up totally on my passion for the breed, showing, and the thought of breeding.  My dream litter with Hoku and Autumn was a tragic loss for me. But God had other plans and although our whole family was grieving, a good friend and fellow Biewer owner had offered the perfect mate, and Bellissima's first litter was born June 24, 2015.

Things happen for a reason. I have my faith in God that saw me through such terrible pain and He gave me such joy with my first litter. I know if it didn't happen this way I would not have the wonderful dogs I have now. The accomplishments my dogs have had in the ring over the last two years far exceeds normal expectations of any one dog. My Pedigree has produced such exceptional quality Biewers, so you can expect nothing less if you were to make one of our "bellissima" puppies part of your family.
